Pay by Phone. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 10 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM EST, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM EST . When leaving messages, please be sure to spell your name, leave your creditor or lender name, creditor and/or FAMS account ID numbers, and your call-back number. We return calls promptly.
