Make a payment on your Student Loan with our pay by phone option! You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. FAMS representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 10 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM EST, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM EST. When leaving messages, please be sure to spell your name, provide your FAMS account ID numbers, and your call-back number. We return calls promptly.
