- Payments made may not appear on your account until the next business day.
- Be sure to have your 13-digit FAMS ID number and ZIP code ready for entry when prompted.
Talk to a FAMS Representative
- Our representatives take payments by credit card or electronic check. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 9 PM; Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and select Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 Noon. When leaving messages, please be sure to spell your name, leave your creditor or lender name, creditor and/or FAMS account ID numbers, and your call-back number. We return calls promptly.
